Company Management. Mr. Peter J. Lambe – CEO & President    Peter J. Lambe was the founder and has over 20 years experience in the exhaust and emission technologies industry, working closely with regulators, OEM's and aftermarket as well as retrofits.  He has knowledge of both the European and Americas regulations. He has extensive experience covering all aspects of application engineering, product design and production, integration into exhaust systems, while having supporting capabilities with electronic interfaces and control strategies. He has been involved at the highest level of product adaptation, his extensive diesel experience has come from working directly with the likes of Cummins and Caterpillar in Europe.  He has worked with official government agencies with regards to regulation implementation, integration and policy writing.  He has made significant input to local and national regulations, as well as advising on policy protocol and implementation. He has both experience with catalyst and coating formulations and coating technologies and processes. Peter's skills are built upon a strong engineering background, schooled in the UK, complemented by a successful time both in Sales and Marketing. Peter has held various senior management positions including business operations, business development, company management, international sales, product development as well as having experience with building and developing small and medium size companies, and start up ventures.  Peter's professional career has allowed him to establish a network of relationships with major companies within the engine, exhaust and emission control technologies. Mr. Gregory Daniel – CFO Gregory S. Daniel is the Chairman and Managing Partner of IBIS Partners, a DET shareholder and financial partner.. Mr. Daniel is a consummate professional and charismatic leader that brings more than 25 years of experience in the global capital markets, corporate finance, commercial banking, real estate and risk management. This Wall Street veteran and former NYSE Principal is a proven rainmaker that has worked in senior capacities for Mercantil Commercebank, Wachovia, First Union and Wells Fargo. During his distinguished career, he has orchestrated a dozen IPO’s and financed projects throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and South America.
